We are able to provide a one stop solution for your vacuum forming plastics,
and plastic fabrication requirements. We offer a comprehensive design
service and in conjunction with our in house tooling facilities provide a
very cost effective solution for all of your prototyping or production requirements.

tooling methods to help you make the best choice and route to manufacture
We can offer you short run to production quantities of many
different products, we are able to vacuum form 1 off prototypes through to
1000 off batches using vacuum forming machines built inhouse.
In House Low Cost Tooling All aspects of the process, to make vacuum form
tools by machine or hand, is completed by our skilled and dedicated
workforce. Depending on the job budget, we can produce the cheapest tooling
in MDF for small batches 1off to a few 100 off, through to aluminium vacuum
form tools for high volume production.
